Today we were asked to practice some lip sync, and dope sheets, I used a dope sheet to map out a character saying the word "Elephant" bud sadly we had issues getting the sound to work and didn't get it in before time ran out, so here is the silent version, luckily, when animating a left the letters in so you can see what letter he is saying at what time.

Character Creation
Here are some of the pieces I have created to use in my animation over the past 2 weeks in lesson.
The pins are to rotate the loose parts easily and to create a style.
This will be my tentecle cloud monster, inspired by "The beast with a billion backs" He is supposed to be bigger than the screen.
Fight title screen and the bomb that will blow the monster up.
And finally a planet that will be in the background.

Space ship cutout animation set to some music to tell a short story.
I am planning on making my own cutout characters and things.
It will mainly consist of scenes of a spaceship flying through space.
Here is some of their music:
Stop motion animation done in a slapstick and hyperactive style much like the animation series "A town called Panic"
Here are a few examples of this style:
"Cake"
"Cow-Hulk"

Cutout animation research
Some cutout animators like to use a Rostrum Camera.
This is a camera often used in film and television to animate still pictures or objects.
They consist of a movable platform for placing the picture of object on, and a camera attacked to a column, with this the camera can be used to create certain effects such as wipes and zooms.
